For children ages 5-17 we collaborate with Holy Name/St. Gregory’s parish (207 West 96th Street on Amsterdam Avenue) where we offer a dynamic, time-tested model of evangelizing and catechizing the entire family: a family retreat model. Once every two months the families come together for a day-long experience of learning, prayer, and community. Throughout the month the catechetical journey continues in the homes and in smaller groups, with Sunday mass participation (at Ascension), reflection and prayer opportunities and opportunities to give witness to serve the needs of the community.
